Dr. Kimani Norrington-Sands has more than 15 years of experience providing mental health and consultation services in community-based agencies as well as schools.
Dr. Norrington-Sands has facilitated trainings in the areas of: mental health awareness; trauma; cultural context and trauma; Psychological First Aid; crisis response; suicide prevention and intervention; threat response and management; and staff wellness.
Through her YouTube channel and work as a Hello Seven Coach, Dr. Kimani helps Black Women exit toxic jobs and develop their financial game plan so they can thrive when they leave.
